By subscribing to our subscriptions & services, you gain full access to exclusive insights, resources, and expert analysis for the duration of your subscription & service period.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Legacy Gold Trading for subscriptions & services are non-refundable.
Once a subscription or service is purchased, the customer is granted immediate access to our digital content, proprietary analysis, or service commencement. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances, including:
- Accidental or mistaken purchases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Inability to access the content or utilize services due to user-side technical issues
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
2. Subscription & Service Access
Your payment entitles you to access our content and services for the full subscription or service period (typically one month unless otherwise specified for subscriptions). Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle for subscriptions, after which it will automatically renew unless cancelled. Services are rendered as per the agreed terms at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription Cancellation
